Wow.. after working in this company for..err... 2.5 years, FINALLY, i got the chance to participate to AA Team Building... (been waiting this for year, where the past 2 year had been ffk due to some unforseen circumstances..)
wokay.. we were arranged into 2 sessions, in order to cover for each other's working task (company still need to operate wat).. so? after working a long weekend cover the 1st session manpower last week, we depart on last friday morning from AA One to Bukit Tinggi.
First, enjoy a very fun, wet and adventurous water activity. Next we head to Selesa Resort, Bukit Tinggi. there we start our TEAM BUILDING...
We have ice breaking session, then team design T-Shirt, Treasure hunt, Catch the mole, and end with Obstacle race.
Treasure hunt, a tiring activity, get us walk up and down so many round, just to get the correct accurate answer based on the clue given. Task was simple yet.. not my strength -- blow balloon till burst... if u had the chance to see the photo, i really cant imaging how can the balloon be so BIG yet still cannot pecah...
Catch the mole was the stupid game.. out of 10 persons in a group. there was 6 moles... and u guess? i m the only fool being played by the 6 moles, yet the other 3 was wrongly caught out, thanks to debbie molly lai.. the queen of mole...
Obstacle race was fun, yet too short... so fast gao dim edi...
anyhow, this team building wasn't as tough as i expected. at least, we still survive end of the game. and get ready for the next working day.
