Being a SO (senior officer) is really acting like an ass-hole!
u know y? here are some examples -->
Being S.O --- my workload increase, responsible increases,stress increase, headache increase, ...returns? still remained same...
Being S.O --- i need to monitor others, while reporting to higher management...
Being S.O --- i help others on cases, covering others ash for their mistake, support them for their argument, but? return in more workload and troubles to myself.
Being S.O --- i always be the bad characteristic. i know my temper is kinda bad, always make others think i m harsh... alright.. being S.O, i m a bad,fussy ass-hole, especially when upper level giving pressures, while the juniors never follow...
Conclusion? For not being an ash-hole but a happy S.O, i m gonna start acting quiet and mind my own business ONLY, starting from my next working day. Any other problem? just fuck off!
I don care whether u want to follow the procedure,
