ohayo! er.. actually now still midnight la... blur d...
well. after mia for quite some time, here's some update of myself...
erm... where to start? ok. start with my confirmation of job in asia assistance (aa) ( its been month ago, around march gua... haha) been survive well in aa since Dec last year. stepping in my 9th months of work. supprise of my self that i been working for 246 days already.
start with my job desription. basically, my job is to pick up all calls that come to my phone - from a patient, patients' family member, agent, insurance underwriters, claims officer, hospital staff nurse, doctors, of course sometimes those idiot ppl that play prank call, or once in a while, my boss.
and wat i do? i need to understand the callers' required assistance, help them to solve their problems, or jus simply pass to the other colleague. sometime make funny joke with hos staff, some time kena bomb my all kinds of party and some other things. the most interested and funniest conversation is between me and my boss, that i so BRAVELY ask my boss to belanja makan ( actaully i tot he was another providers tat we always make joke to each other).
tat's all of my job? Nononononono... up till now i only explain the use of my left ear which is listening the phone. at the same time, my right ear is not resting for nothing. i need to take attention from other party, that somebody (colleague) is calling me? or asking something that i m in the process of handling the case? or even some other ppl's conversation. of course, my hands is never been rest as well... beside jotting down the information that i get from the caller, i may in the process of preparing some paper work for case assessment, or may looking into somebody's hospital bills, and even my updated email. in short, i will never had atime tat i ONLY doing ONE thing at ONE time... multitasking is the CRITERIA to survive in call centre.
ya i working at a call centre, not only attending calls, but handling others so-call-clerk or admin job. is a typical BKL (bao ka liao) job that challenging my ability limit and training my EQ as well (especially after u bomb by a stupid stuborn agent, or a fucking money minded customer).
thought it sound abit stress (YES IT STRESSSSSSSSSS!!!!) yet, i still enjoy this job (STILL) as i had learn a lot here , and have lots of joyful moment with my colleagues who as all kind of funny nick, such as AV? LS? TL? BRAIN? JUSTINA(for a guy)? MICKY? TAN SRI? BJ? etc etc etc...these are my lovely colleague who i really enjoy working with, that we always make joke whenever we are not attending to any calls, though we actually was busy working on the other hand.
and the most is, they never really treat me as a female (thought some time i actually bit beh song la... ) i work as guy working hours, instead of following female staff fix working hours. which i kind of enjoying cos i no need to wake up early in the morning EVERYDAY,as i having afternoon shift some other day. (i m definetly not a morning person) doubt how can i survive later if i joh hop to other 9-5 working hour job!
ok. write till here first. tomoro got work la... 8am leh.. must prepare sleep first. update u later.. hihi

p/s: went to pc fair this afternoon with my brother, brought his favorite audio system and stole his old one for my self to replace my lau ya speaker! haha...
